This will cause the engraving effect and accuracy of the wood cnc router to decrease, and even cause the tool to break. Therefore, we should try our best to avoid such situations from happening.

So how do we solve this problem?

First of all, the cooperation of the tool and the chuck of the wood cnc router, the cooperation of the chuck and the nut, whether the method of loading the tool is correct, and the quality of the tool itself are all factors that cause the tool to run out of the radial direction. Therefore, we should always pay attention to the cleaning of the chuck and the nut to ensure that there is no dust; the force of the knife should be appropriate, too large or too small will not work; the extension length of the tool should also be smaller. In addition, the speed of the spindle motor should be paid attention to when necessary, especially for materials that do not require very high spindle speed, such as metal copper, etc., we need to choose a reasonable spindle speed to reduce the radial runout of the tool.

Secondly, reducing the radial cutting force is also a way to reduce the radial runout. For example: use a sharp tool; ensure the smoothness of the rake face of the tool; use up-cut milling during finishing. Note that up-milling can only be used for finishing. If roughing is to be done, down milling must be used, otherwise it will directly affect the service life of the tool
