1. Check whether each axis of the wood cnc router is lubricated. If it is jerky, it may cause the engraving machine to freeze and cause the engraving to be misaligned. If this is the case, we only need to lubricate each axis of the engraving machine once to solve it.

2. Check whether the engraving speed of the wood cnc router is too fast and whether all the engraving parameters are set correctly. If so, you should set the correction immediately.

3. Check whether there is static electricity or external interference on the wood cnc router. If so, you should remove the static electricity to eliminate the interference before engraving.

4. Check whether the motor seat, nut seat and bearing seat on the X, Y, and Z axes of the wood cnc router are concentric when moving, and whether there is any jamming. If there is, it should be set and adjusted immediately.

5. Check whether the drive current of the wood cnc router is too small, whether the motor or drive is damaged, if any, stop work immediately for repair or replacement
