1. Check the amount of coolant in the motor spindle cooling before use, turn on the motor’s spindle cooling to ensure the normal circulation of the coolant. Turn on the positive pressure seal to prevent processing waste liquid and coolant from entering the motor spindle bearing.

2. The material for mounting the card must be firm, and the principle of “installation, installation, and installation” must be followed, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out engraving in the place where the material is suspended.

3. When installing the tool, you must first clean up the dust and debris in the chuck, put the chuck into the pressure cap and place it upright, then install it on the motor spindle and insert the tool into the chuck, and finally pin Squeeze the cap tightly. When the upper and lower knives loosen the pressure cap, it is strictly forbidden to use the push-pull method and the rotary method is required. When lowering the knife, clean up the pressure cap and the scraps on the turn, loosen the pressure cap to remove the tool, and then unscrew the pressure cap to take out the chuck.

4. When installing the clamping tool, the length of the cutting tool exposed to the clamping head must refer to the engraving depth file and the fixture. When the conditions are met, the length of the exposed chuck should be as short as possible. When the total length of the tool is less than 22mm, it is strictly forbidden to continue to use it.

5. When the tool is installed, the length of the tool holder extending into the chuck must be greater than 18mm. During processing, the cutting fluid must be flushed to the tool.

6. During the engraving process, it is strictly forbidden to observe at close range to prevent chips from flying into the eyes. Pause engraving while observing, turn off the motor spindle and make sure that the motor spindle is no longer rotating..

7. During the engraving process, it is strictly forbidden to touch and cut the surface by hand.

8. It is strictly forbidden to place any objects on the machine table or beam; it is strictly forbidden to hold on to the machine bed such as beams and protective covers; it is forbidden to lean on the machine bed.

9. It is strictly forbidden to knock or hit the motor spindle, and it is strictly forbidden to knock when unloading the knife.

10. It is forbidden to use the machine tool under overheating or overcooling.

Precautions for safe operation of engraving machine

To prevent electric shock, personal injury, fire and other accidents, the following basic precautions must be observed. For the safety of you and others, please read the following safety operation precautions carefully before use.

1. Keep it clean: Keep the workplace clean. Disorganized environment can easily lead to accidents.

2. Pay attention to the environment: APEX CNC equipment can not be placed in a dark and humid place to work, and can not work in a place with flammable liquids and gases.

3. Beware of electric shock: Avoid direct physical contact with electricity, power output, controllers, etc. during work.

4. Keep away from processing: Keep outsiders and children away from the workplace, and keep a safe distance from tourists who work. When processing, keep your hands away from processing; when stopping processing, cut off the power supply, and prohibit outsiders, children, and children from touching at will.

5. Reasonable use: Operate in accordance with the reasonable work process allowed by the system, and the processing efficiency is improved, the effect is better and safer.

6. Dress appropriately: Do not wear loose clothes and jewelry during work to avoid being involved in CNC machines. It is best to wear non-slip rubber shoes, and those with long hair should wear a work cap.

7. Wear anti-goggles: When processing metal or materials with much debris, be sure to wear anti-goggles to protect your eyes.

8. The connection is firm: do not pull the connection cable or pull out the power plug. The cables should be kept away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials, and avoid contact with sharp objects.

9. Fix the workpiece: Fix the material before processing, and it is absolutely forbidden to fix it by hand.

10. Proper maintenance: Keep APEX equipment clean and maintain it regularly to give full play to the performance of the equipment and prolong its service life. Refer to the “Maintenance Rules” in this manual, timely lubrication and regular inspection and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire APEX CNC equipment.

11. Cut off the power supply in time: When changing the tool, the power supply of the machining spindle motor must be cut off. When changing the processing material, the power supply of the numerical control equipment must be cut off.

12. Remove the wrench: the wrench of the processing spindle must be removed before starting the machine.

13. Stay alert: Keep a sufficient safe distance during processing, keep your mind clear, and do not operate when you are tired.

14. Power supply voltage stabilization and grounding: AC220V/50HZ power supply must have a good grounding, and voltage stabilization power supply must be equipped for occasions with unstable voltage.

15. Warning: The use of pirated engraving or CAM software and incorrect processing tools is prone to processing waste, which can cause serious damage to the CNC equipment. Failure to observe the relevant safety items may cause serious personal injury.
