Whether the surface quality of the plate is rusty or has debris, etc., the difference of these factors will directly affect the laser cutting process.

Common problem:

Question1:The cutting surface texture is very rough

possible reason:The focus is too high; the air pressure is too high;The feed rate is too low; the material is too hot.

Solution:Reduce focus; reduce air pressure;Increase the feed rate; cool the material.

Question2:The traction line is inclined and the bottom becomes narrower

possible reason:The feed rate is too high.

Solution:Reduce the feed rate.

Question3:The cutting surface is not precise

possible reason:The air pressure is too high; the nozzle is damaged;The nozzle diameter is too large; the material is not good.

Solution:Reduce the air pressure; replace the nozzle;Install suitable nozzles;Use materials with a smooth and uniform surface.

Question4:The workpiece is not cut through

possible reason:Processing gas error (N2);The feed rate is too high;Power is too low; focus is too low.

Solution:When this happens, press the pause button immediately,To prevent molten slag from splashing on the focusing lens;Use oxygen as processing gas;Reduce the feed rate;Increase power; raise focus.

Question5:There are burrs only on one side of the cut of the sheet

possible reason:Incorrect nozzle alignment; defective nozzle opening.

Solution:Center the nozzle; change the nozzle.

Question6:The bottom incision is wider, and the traction line deviates greatly

possible reason:The feed rate is too high; the laser power is too low;The air pressure is too low; the focus is too high.

Solution:Reduce the feed rate; increase the laser power;Increase air pressure; decrease focus.

Question7:The burrs on the bottom surface are dripping and easy to remove

possible reason:The feed rate is too high;The air pressure is too low; the focus is too high.
