2. In the cold winter, in order to prevent the water temperature from being too low, the chiller cannot be started, it is recommended to add antifreeze. The selection of antifreeze should pay attention to the following points: the concentration should be as low as possible, try not to mix it, it should be added in a certain proportion and exchanged with water, the use time should not be too long, and it should be replaced with pure water after the temperature warms up.

3. Note that the distance between the chiller and the obstacle should not be too close. Keep a distance of more than 50cm from the air outlet (fan) of the chiller and obstacles, and keep a distance of more than 30cm from the air inlet (dust net) and obstacles.

4. Clean the dust cover regularly Remove dust from the dust cover.

5. The chiller needs to use pure water or distilled water. The frequency of water replacement needs to be judged according to the site conditions. In a low-quality environment, there is a lot of dust on the work site. Distilled water needs to be replaced once a month. In normal environment, it is used for cutting or cleaning and welding. Distilled water is replaced every 3 months. Quality environment such as laboratory or installed independent air-conditioned room to replace distilled water every 6 months.
